How can I Add funds to the advertising account?

• You can start ads by adding funds using your CoD outstandings due with Snapdeal. You simply need to click on Add Funds, enter the amount within the Ads limit and click on Add.
• CoD outstanding is the total sales you’ve made through CoD after your last payment. This is same as the amount you see on your Seller Panel.
• Ads limit is 30% of CoD outstandings. This is capped to this amount to ensure that it is recoverable from your next payment.
• If you donot have sufficient CoD Outstandings, you can also pay through Credit card, debit card or Net Banking.

Is it possible to refund the Ad balance?

No, as per our current policy we donot encourage sellers to refund the amount added to ads account.

Why is my CoD balance auto deducted for ads?

Your CoD balance is deducted by us only if you have taken advance credits or have setup recurring campaigns. Basis your confirmation while creating campaigns or accepting advance credits, we auto charge your CoD account.

My campaigns ran for more than the amount I added. Will I be charged extra?

No. you won't be charged extra. Incase your campaigns ran for more than the amount added by you to ads account, we match the extra spends as overspends credits at the time of auditing. As campaigns may go slightly more than the budget of the campaign, if you have sufficient funds to run the campaign, campaign would overburn and there is no compensation for same.

How much does it cost for CPC campaign?

CPC campaign means cost-per-click pricing model. You will be charged based on the bid amount on every click.

How does the budget work?

Your campaign would deliver upto 10% extra of your set budget and then stop serving. Once your budget has exhausted, we alert you through campaign alert and email to update your campaign budget.

What is the minimum amount that I have to invest to start advertising?

You have to invest Rs. 2000 to start advertising with Snapdeal Ads.

Is it possible to withdraw the Ad balance?

No, as per our current policy we donot encourage sellers to withdraw the amount added to ads account.

Where can I see the transaction History for the account?

You can see the transaction history in billing tab for all credits and debits.

How can I see how much money I added to ads account?

In Transaction History tab you can change the date range to track all your transactions for the selected date range.
