Can I edit the campaign details anytime?
Yes. You can edit the values anytime except start date if your campaign has already started.
Is it possible to pause the running campaigns?
Yes, advertiser can pause the active campaigns. On clicking the status of the campaign one can see the drop down providing the option to pause the campaigns. The metrics for the paused ads are available on the dashboard and in reports.
When is the campaign automatically paused?
Campaign is automatically paused when:all the products of your campaign go out of stock or are not live, campaign budget is complete, end date is reached, funds are exhausted, or Seller rating drops below the threshold.
Can I delete my campaign if I no longer want to run it?
You can delete your campaign at anytime. This only deletes the campaign from your view but campaign metrics are not lost ever. You can also view the deleted campaign at anytime by selecting corresponding filter in campaign list but cannot start them again.
Do I need to manually pause my ads if product goes out of stock or is not live?
We automatically pause your product ad within 2 hours of the product going out of stock or not live on Snapdeal. This helps you save clicks and thereby spends on that product.
